One-Button Maintenance: Once a day
Descaling: The local water hardness will affect how often the machine will ask you to descale it.
Cleaning videos for all Dr Coffee machines can be found in the “watch tutorials” section of the “service & support” tab.
Dr Coffee “Daily Coffee Cleaner” and “Daily Milk Cleaner” should be used daily as apart of the One-Button Maintenance clean. These products have been specially developed to remove stubborn coffee oils and milk residue in Dr Coffee machines.
Cleaning Products can be purchased from the “cleaning products” section of the “solutions” tab.
Our cleaning products are made with food safe materials to ensure that if the products are accidentally ingested, you will not get sick.
Head to our “Service & Support” page and fill out a “Service Request Form”. Our friendly team will get back to you and help you book in a routine service or breakdown request.
Depending on the model of Dr Coffee machine, they are expected to make between 50,000-500,000 before needing to be replaced.
We recommend routine servicing every 6 months to ensure that your machine is running smoothly and to prevent future breakdowns.
