For each water supply type (water tank/mains water) Dr. Coffee has a corresponding solution. Contact our friendly team for model and solution details.
Water supplied to the coffee machine should be of as low hardness as possible. Dr. Coffee recommends purified water with a TDS (hard water) value no higher than 80ppm for all our models. If you are unsure about the water quality in your area, please contact us for further information.
Dr Coffee suggests installing a Reverse Osmosis system to the water line, this can be done by a certified Dr Coffee technician. Hard water will cause corrosion and limescale damage.
Most Dr Coffee machines require 240V – 10amp power. However, there are a few models that require more power to operate. Contact our friendly team for model details and power requirements.
Each Dr Coffee machine is different in size. It is important to check the correct dimensions of the model you are installing, to ensure it will fit into your required space. These dimensions can be found on each of the models product pages.
Follow the “quick start” guide found inside the box of the machine.
